Not only did he service our furnace, but because we were having issues with a lot of dust in the house, he pointed out 3 changes that would help improve our dust issue. We also have a UV air purifier that we could not use because it was originally installed too close to the air filter and was burning a hole in the filter so we had it unplugged. He re-installed the UV air purifier to a better location, so we could continue to use it. I will continue to request Esteban for our maintenance. Great lead service technician.
