My husband and I have complete trust in McNally’s. They’ve been servicing our AC and furnace for a few years and when we recently needed both replaced, Craig was very helpful and attentive. I just purchased a new, high-efficiency (99.5% AFUE, 22 SEER) dual-fuel furnace and heat pump system. My experience was excellent throughout—from Craig's detailed consultation and proposal process (he's a former HVAC business owner himself) to Eddie McNally ensuring the system was designed properly for my home to Jeff and Manny, who installed and commissioned the system with care and treated my home as if it were their own. I can’t speak highly enough about Jimmy at McNally’s coming to work on my air conditioner today. I had such horrible experience with Precision last week that I needed a second opinion and things fixed that were messed up by the other company. Esteban was phenomenal. He is so knowledgeable about hvac systems it is amazing. Not only did he service our furnace, but because we were having issues with a lot of dust in the house, he pointed out 3  changes that would help improve our dust issue. We also have a UV air purifier that we could not use because it was originally installed too close to the air filter and was burning a hole in the filter so we had it unplugged. He re-installed the UV air purifier to a better location, so we could continue to use it.

We decided to replace our old HVAC system because we wanted to refinish our basement, and the old system was taking up valuable space. Despite functioning well, it was inefficient and needed to be relocated. We found McNally's through Costco, and our Comfort Advisor, Russ D, impressed us with his technical expertise and experience. He explained the various solutions available to us, helped us understand available rebate and tax credit programs, and was with us throughout the sales process.

On the day of installation, Jeff and the McNally's team arrived promptly and showed great respect for our home. They were well-prepared, having taken thorough notes and brought all the necessary equipment, tools, parts, etc. Jeff's regular updates and encouragement to ask questions kept us informed and engaged. The two-day installation process was managed efficiently, with the team cleaning up after day one and returning on day two to complete the job.

The attention to detail and professionalism of the McNally's team was impressive. We are 100% satisfied with our new HVAC system and want to thank Russ and the entire McNally's team for their exceptional work. We highly recommend McNally's to anyone in need of HVAC services.
