For all work, an official proposal/quote will be generated for your specific need(s).

Within the official proposal/quote, refund terms are outlined for your specific project. Our standard refund policy is: “In the event of termination of this agreement for any reason, CLIENT shall pay McNally’s Heating & Cooling for all services and products rendered and ordered, and expenses incurred by McNally’s Heating & Cooling prior to the date of termination, and CLIENT shall be entitled to a refund of any prepaid fees that have not been earned.”
